Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours or less forfeits your appointment deposit. Chargeback and processing fee may also apply. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No showing to your appointment will ban you from booking future services. A client with a history of multiple last minute cancellations will require a deposit to book any future appointments. Once a deposit requirement has been placed on an account: A deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure any future appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service when the appointment is attended. If the appointment is late canceled, rescheduled outside of policy, or missed, the deposit will be forfeited. Any client who forfeits a required deposit due to another late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show may be permanently removed from the client roster and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Service Refusal Policy: For the safety, comfort, and integrity of my business, I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to refuse or discontinue services to any client at any time, with or without notice. This applies regardless of reason and ensures a professional and respectful environment for all parties.
